Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes. Soul and R'n'B vocal quintet from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The became one of the biggest Soul acts on the 70's Philly Soul scene. Throughout their career, they underwent manyl line-up changes. 

Plays EX. Light scuff marks and a pressing dimple on vinyl surface. Felt-tip pen initials on "Get Out" label and felt-tip pen '279' on flipside label. Both label have mild ring-wear.
